Adult Service Case Management and Finance on Premises Software Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Adult Service Case Management and Finance on Premises Software. Swindon Borough Council's (SBC) Adults Services is Tendering for the provision of an on-premises Adult Services Case Management and Finance system. This is a business-critical software which enables the authority to meet the statutory requirements of an Adults Service and the finance requirements associated with this. The contract start date for the procured system will be in November 2022 and the system will need to be live in-time for the Care cap timelines (currently October 2023). The initial contract term will be for 5 years plus extensions for up to 10 years, each extension will be a minimum of 1 year in length. This will make a potential total contract term of 15 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is between £1,000,000 and £1,700,000 for the initial 5 year contract term and between £2,000,000 and £3,800,000 across the potential total 15 year contract term. To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
