UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) Science and Technology Facilities (STFC) had a requirement to provide a High Flux CdZnTe (CZT) with a pixel pitch of 0.25mm and specific dimensions of 20.35x20.45mm so that the devices can be tiled and assembled in a 2x6 HEXITEC Camera.
