Description

Following a successful trial of the site over the past 2 years, the Council is seeking an Operator with a proven record of accomplishment in the hospitality service area to create a seasonal beach-based hospitality experience on East Cliff Beach. Sitting between the vibrant area at Bournemouth Pier and the more family orientated area at Boscombe Pier, the site at East Cliff Beach provides an opportunity to curate the very best in hospitality and culture the town has to offer. The length of the contract will be for five years commencing in the 2023 season, the contract is for 5 years, the operational period in each year is 1st April to 30th September. The Council are looking for a fresh and unique restaurant offering to provide for both residents and visitors to the area. The restaurant must be high quality in design and fit with a thriving and contemporary town and a family theme.
