Provision of Farnham Road Hospital Guttering Works Phase 1 and 2

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the competitive procurement of The Provision of Farnham Road Hospital Guttering Works Phase 1 and 2. The procurement is a further competition under the SABP Minor Works Framework 2018. The Authority are undertaking various refurbishments projects in and around the Farnham Road Hospital. The scope of this project is as follows: Phase 1: To replace all gutters as shown on drawing 4895C-100 Approx. 500m of guttering. Allow for replacement uPVC guttering to all areas, with standard fittings and clips. Allow for any fascia and soffit boards as required. Allow for disposal of hazardous waste (asbestos). All down pipes are deemed as 67mm PVC. Phase 1 area as identified on the drawings. Phase 2: To replace all gutters as shown on drawing 4895D-100 Approx. 500m of guttering. Allow for replacement uPVC guttering to all areas, with standard fittings and clips. Allow for any fascia and soffit boards as required. Allow for disposal of hazardous waste (asbestos). All down pipes are deemed as 67mm PVC. Phase 2 area as identified on the drawings. The appointed bidder will be expected to deliver the goods and/or provide services at the customer organisation's location in: Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 7LX.
