Upgrade to an existing MUGA

Description

To provide all relevant specialist labour, materials including fence, line markings and specifically developed porous macadam court surface as per the specification below: To provide, supply and install: Materials and Labour for alterations to the existing MUGA located in Priory Park to incorporate the following disciplines, • A single Netball Court, • Basketball, • 5 a side/mini football • Tennis Court. To increase the dimensions of the existing MUGA from 30m x 15m to 36.6m x 21.35m allowing for 2m run off areas for a single netball court. To provide and install Porous Macadam consisting of 6mm open textured bituminous material where required to increase the size of the existing play area. To re-surface the whole area if necessary to suitably align the surface levels, for which you are expected to inspect and price accordingly. To price for the removal of existing lines and reset. To Provide and install brick edgings to support the outer macadam to match the existing ones. To provide and install an outdoor surface that meets the attached performance standards, see appendix A, B and C attached. To provide and install additional sections of twin wire 3030mm high fence, comprising of 80mmx40mmx2.5mm RHS line corner posts with 40 mm wide clamp bars to suit. Also, 3030mm x 2500mm x 200mm x 50mm x 6/5/6 twin wire mesh. All steel work will be galvanised and PPC coated green. To provide and install 2 x free standing netball posts including hoops / nets To provide, set out and install lines to accommodate all the various disciples above including a single netball court.
