PROVISION OF GENERAL PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL WORKS

Description

Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service (LFRS) has a requirement to establish a contract for the provision of Plumbing and Mechanical installation Services. The works will involve all aspects of plumbing service and heating installation services, to include works internally and externally, for example replacement of toilets seats to full replacement of bathrooms in LFRS offices and accommodation. The works will be required at LFRS premises across Lancashire including leased premises The tendering process will be split into 'Lots', according to different regions The tender will be awarded as one (1) or two (2) or three (3) contracts as follows: • Lot 1 North and West Area • Lot 2 Central and Southern Area • Lot 3 Eastern and Pennine Area A Maximum of one contractor will be appointed per lot. Contractors may submit a bid for more than one lot, however, must be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary resource available to fulfil the contract Your Tender must be submitted electronically via LFRS's Electronic Tendering System - Supply4NWFire Portal (www.supply4nwfire.org.uk).
