OG - Tenant Satisfaction Measures - Perception Surveys - PP1047

Description

The Regulator of Social Housing requires all registered providers to generate and report Tenant Satisfaction Measures as per the Tenant Satisfaction Measures Standard. These measures combine data generated from internal management information together with data derived from perception surveys. This combined data will enable customers to effectively scrutinise the performance of their landlord. Orbit are looking to procure a supplier who will undertake perception surveys on Orbit's behalf. To meet the Regulators sampling requirements we are currently obliged to complete approx. 2,800 surveys annually (2250 rented and 550 shared ownership). For the purposes of this tender, we are asking for costs based on 3000 surveys (to allow for changes in overall stock size). The chosen supplier will be asked to conduct these surveys as telephone interviews on a rolling quarterly programme commencing 1st April 2023 (750 completed each quarter). The supplier will need to follow the prescribed requirements set out in the Regulators documents. The contract will be awarded for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
