The objective of this work is to analyse the implementation of the current policy, legislative and operational frameworks for assessing and managing environmental impacts through environmental assessment regimes. These are Habitat Regulations Assessments (HRA), Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), in England and Northern Ireland. THIS PROCUREMENT HAS CONCLUDED AND THE CONTRACT AWARDED Contract variation signed 16/01/2023 to increase contract value and extend completion date, to enable further work on one aspect of the deliverables.
