The purpose of this appointment is to lead in the identification and assist in the evaluation and selection of the most suitable site. Kew will be responsible for the final evaluation and selection, but the consultant will be required to undertake preliminary work for this exercise. The evaluation will be based upon a set of pre-agreed selection criteria a long list of potential sites will be prepared (number to be agreed, maximum 20) which will then be reduced to a selected shortlist (number to be agreed, approximately 6) and a final recommendation made for one of more preferred sites.
