Provision of Employment Legal Services to the Office for Nuclear Regulation

Description

ONR requires ongoing access to employment legal advice and support to enable ONR, within its HR function, to manage its approach to staff, providing general access to employment law advice on a range of matters. ONR has a requirement for core provision of scoped work in a range of areas, employment law advice, a specific provision for casework, advice on policy changes, legal training/knowledge updates for the HR function and an arrangement for ad hoc (zero hours). The service will comprise immediate and/or planned responses to queries related to ONR's employment activities, including recruitment, exit, pay and reward, policy development and legal updates to ensure compliance and knowledge of employment law, and, where relevant, case law. The service will be responsive, timely and fit for purpose, taking into account ONR's remit for growing its staff base.
