The City of Wolverhampton Council ("CWC") has embarked upon an ambitious programme of investment to regenerate the city centre of Wolverhampton, including the development of a new leisure/hospitality/retail/entertainment venue and public car parking scheme at Bell Street/Cleveland Street, known as the Bell Street Box Space Scheme. CWC intend to appoint a consultant and, (if applicable) named sub consultants, who will be responsible for all architectural and landscape architectural services, reasonably required to support the Council in progressing the scheme through the design and planning approval process and, subject to Full Business Case approval by the Council (including a decision by the Council not to novate delivery to a third party) thereafter detailed technical design and support during the delivery stages of the project.
