The work comprises the demolition of the existing properties and substructures and site clearance including removal of all underground drainage, drain pipework, manholes, oil and grease traps, septic tanks, petrol tanks, pipework, contaminated soils etc. Site engineer is required for inspecting, sampling, testing, and certifying for contaminated soil.
