The scope of this lot is to include the assessment and remedial works to external cladding in line with fire regulations. The scope of this lot is expected to provide temporary waking watch services where suitably trained staff patrol the floors and the exterior perimeter of a building to maintain the safety of its occupants from fire and ensure there is sufficient warning in the event of a fire to support the evacuation strategy.
