Multi-Use Amenity Hub and Sports Facility

Description

DP World is the owner and operator of London Gateway, a strategic port and logistics facility in Thurrock, United Kingdom. The site comprises a deep-sea container port, rail terminal, logistics warehousing and associated support infrastructure, and DP World intend to build an amenity hub containing a fitness suite, a food and beverage kiosk, R&D labs, flexible office space and outdoor sports facilities. The building will be approximately 10,000 sq ft across two storeys, externally clad in metal, glass and potentially timber. DP World seek Expressions Of Interest (EOI) from suitable suppliers. The works will be subject to an open tender process, following shortlisting through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Suitable suppliers who submit an EOI shall be provided further details in due course in relation to the PQQ process once it is released. Following evaluation, shortlisted suppliers will then progress to the tender stage. Interested suppliers must submit an EOI confirming their intention to participate. Please provide: 1.
