Framework Agreement for the Supply of Building Materials and Equipment - Y23020

The Framework Agreement will cover Building Materials and Equipment, it will be split into seven (7) LOTS: Lot 1 - Electrical products Lot 2 - Fencing products Lot 3 - Flooring products Lot 4 - General Materials and Equipment Lot 5 - Kitchens Lot 6 - Plumbing, Heating and Bathrooms Lot 7 - UPVC Doors and Windows
LOT 1 - Electrical- covers products such as cables, consumer units, lighting, smoke alarms and sockets. Additional information: The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. Full details of the classification of potential Customer’s geographical areas and organisation classifications are detailed in the Invitation to Tender Document
LOT 2 – Fencing- Covers products such as hit and miss boards, knee rail fencing ,metal fencing and gates, security fencing , timber fencing and gates as well as vertical bar fencing. Additional information: The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. Full details of the classification of potential Customer’s geographical areas and organisation classifications are detailed in the Invitation to Tender Document
LOT 3 – Flooring- covers products such as laminate, tile, vinyl and wood. Additional information: The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. LOT 4 – – General Materials and Equipment- Adhesives, aggregates, bathrooms, bricks and blocks, doors, drills, electrical items, fencing, fixings, flooring, gravel, grout, hammers, insulation, ironmongery, kitchens, lintels, paints, plugs, plumbing items, PPE, roofing, sand, screwdrivers, screws, silicone, solvents, tiles, timber, and Windows. This LOT will also cover the hire and purchase of products such as; acrow lifts, cement mixers, circular saws, paint mixers, pneumatic drills and tile cutters. Additional information: The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. LOT 5 – Kitchens- Covers products such as cookers, fixtures and fittings, fridge freezers, hobs, sinks, taps, units, washing machines and worktops. LOT 6 – Plumbing, Heating and Bathrooms- Covers products such as bathroom suites, boilers, connectors, fixtures and fittings parts, piping, radiators, sinks, sundries and accessories, ventilation and waste pipes, Additional information: The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies. LOT 7 – UPVC Doors and Windows- covers the supply of UPVC doors and windows, associated services may also include design, installation and surveying. Additional information: The Framework Agreement will also be open for use by all other local authorities and public sector bodies.
