Provision of supervised short stay breaks, sourced by the provider, to children and young people aged 7 – 17years old who are experiencing difficulties which might put them at risk of family and/or placement breakdown. The geographical area covers the Western Trust area. The Target audience are children/young people who are at risk, identified and referred by the existing Social Worker to the Family Response Service Social Work manager.
