The award criteria which is included within the ITT documentation is Quality/Price assessment with Quality weighted at 100% and the price assessment and final rankings done by Price Per Quality Score assessment to find the Most Advantageous Tender (MAT).
The appointed Exhibition Fit Out Contractor is expected to progress the exhibition designs for the permanent exhibition space on the Ground Floor and Temporary Exhibition Space on the First Floor and circulation spaces within these up to RIBA Stage 4 design and build the exhibition spaces up to RIBA 7 for opening which is anticipated for June 2026.
