Description

Bromford are undertaking a large transformation programme involving the implementation of Microsoft D365. A key element of this overall programme will be the successful migration of data into the new ERP system. Data Migration services are required to support the EAM Transformation Programme delivering the data from Bromford Housing Association legacy applications to replacement Dynamics 365 solution. It is anticipated that the legacy data can be extracted, transformed, provisioned and successfully tested within a 12month period. The scope of the delivery considers the data mapping, extraction and transformation from 20 identified legacy source systems and numerous off system spreadsheets. There is additional complexity in the completion of this work given these systems were originally provisioned across 3 legacy organisations. Technical expertise will be required to determine how asset the data within, will be merged to form the single version of the truth required to populate the 29 target structures in scope of the migration. In additional to the data migration activities, data services are to be provided to include the planning, management and technical capability to ensure all identified data requirements are migrated accurately and in a timely fashion, As part of this agreement with the BHA Transformation Team comprising of Key SME's, ICT and Business Stakeholders as well as the Delivery Partner will also be required.
