An inclusive Cost and Project Management team to deliver this project to its completion. This appointment is for the following services: • RIBA 0/1 to 2: Cost manager role only is needed, the University Estates project manager will take on the project management role during this period. • Once RIBA stage 3 is reached we will require both a cost manager and project manager at this point. • At RIBA stage 4 or at the point we reach financial close/contract sum with a possible funder/main contractor we will require a contract administrator/employers agent role for the "delivery" period. The appointed team will work with the following services: Consisting of: Project Lead, Architect (including design lead/co-ordinator and interior designer role), Civil/Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Landscape Architect, Lift Consultant advisor, Fire Engineer, Approved Inspector, Acoustic/Vibration Engineer, BIM Information manager and Planning advisor. It is currently the intention to novate the design team to the main contractor, once appointed, however the University reserves the right not to do so. The Project and Cost management service may be novated to the SPV (if this funding option is chosen) at an appropriate point during the project at the discretion of the University or remain directly employed by the University.
