Derbyshire Dales District Council (The Council) is seeking to procure a sole contractor to erect, maintain and dismantle the decorative lights for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Matlock Bath Illuminations event which run over 8 weekends during September and October within Derwent Gardens, the Water Gardens and Lovers' Walks areas as detailed in the specification.
