Nottingham City Homes wish to appoint suitable and experienced contractors to undertake the refurbishment works of Oak View in line with the ongoing NCH High Rise Living Project currently in progress throughout Nottingham City locations. Oak View in Nottingham is in the East Midlands region of England. The postcode is within the Radford ward/electoral division, which is in the constituency of Nottingham South. It is one of 5 Towers on the site built in the late 1960's and owned by Nottingham City Homes. It is a purpose built block of flats that comprises of 93 flats over a total number of 15 floors. It is scheduled for refurbishment works in line with the ongoing High Rise Living Project in progress throughout the City housing stock and works have already completed at Winwood Heights, Sherwood; Bentinck Court & Manvers Court, Sneinton. The Outline Scope of Work will be for the Refurbishment and is divided into four lots as stated below: Lot 1 | High Rise Electrical Works 1. Electrical Distribution 2. Surge Protection 3. System Cabling & Installation 3. Technical Specification - Materials and Workmanship Lot 4 | High Rise Flooring Works 1. Specified Materials: 2. Flooring Works
