CSW - Shared Service To provide an independent support, advice, and mediation service to foster carers where complaints/concerns/allegations arise between them and the Agencies. To mediate between foster carers and agencies to reach satisfactory outcomes. Provide assistance to the Agencies in the development of support services for foster carers.
