The British Council has a complex global offer that has been communicated inconsistently by lots of different functions around the world. As a result, there is lack of clarity amongst key audiences on the opportunities and benefits working with the British Council could bring to their areas of work, coupled with confusion on how to find out more specific and relevant information, or how to connect with the right part of the British Council for their needs. Therefore British Council are seeking support to deliver the following outcome goals: 1) Build awareness of the British Council's deep expertise in education and the English language to drive new business and market growth globally. 2) Reaffirm the British Council's positioning as the global expert in education and the English language with existing and prospective stakeholders, partners and clients to encourage repeat business and reinforce buying decision.
