Description

Horsham District Council invites quotes for the provision of Consultancy Services as set out in these documents. The Contract Start Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 20 March 2023 at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years until Monday 31 March 2025. The Council is procuring this contract following a quotation process under the Council's Procurement Code and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification. The Council is seeking to contract with an organisation that will manage the work as briefed to meet or surpass the outcomes and outputs as specified. The organisation is expected to already have demonstrable credibility within the local food and drink sector that will underpin chances of project success. The Contractor will be expected to provide evidence of delivery, achievements and value for money over the life of the contract.
