product Manager - Continue to lead the design and delivery of the CAMHS tier 4 S1 inpatient units • Engage and manage the CAMHS Tier 4 stakeholders across SABP Directorates (Digital, CYPS, Working Age Adult Inpatients) and Elysium Healthcare • Define the scope of the Minimum Viable Product for the CAMHS Tier 4 S1 inpatient unit for go live and set out a roadmap of future phases • Define and plan the incremental feature sets that will culminate in the Minimum Viable Product • Create and prioritise the backlog of user stories for CAMHS Tier 4 S1 inpatient unit from Discovery, through Alpha, Beta, Go Live and through to Post-Launch Itera-tions • Create and prioritise the backlog of user stories for changes to S1 for other teams who are impacted by the CAMHS Tier 4 go live (CAMHS Crisis and Community Teams and CAMHS Tier 4 Provider Collaborative) • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (as Scrum Product Owner) which support the design and delivery of the CAMHS Tier 4 S1 Inpatient unit • Participate in co-design workshops with users on the design of features for the CMAHS Tier 4 S1 impatient unit • Provide internal review of research and design artefacts created by the Flow Digital Design Team for the CAMHS Tier 4 S1 inpatient unit before they shared with Stakeholders • Liaise with other Digital teams (L&A, App Support, DIS, Digital Insights, IG and Digital Clinical Safety) to ar-range sufficient support to enable the release of the CAMHS Tier 4 S1 inpatient unit, ensure adoption amongst users and to support once transitioned to BAU • Provide regular updates to the Crisis, Flow & Inpatient programme board and the CAMHS Tier 4 Clinical & Operations programme board on progress, next steps and risks Continue to lead the design and delivery of enhancements to existing Adult S1 inpatient units • Support the Flow Digital Design Team in Identifying where there are potential overlaps in requirements and user needs between a CAMHS Tier 4 S1 inpatient unit and Adult S1 inpatient units • Engage and manage Stakeholders from within SABP's Digital Directorate and Adult Inpatient Services on the re-use of CAMHS Tier 4 S1 features by Adult Inpatient Services • Create and prioritise the backlog of user stories needed to tailor relevant CAMHS Tier 4 S1 inpatient design so-lutions to the needs of Adult Inpatient Services • Participate in Scum ceremonies, co-design workshop and review artefacts from the Flow Digital Design Team in relation to the re-use and roll out of CAMHS Tier 4 S1 features to Adult Inpatient Services • Liaise with other Digital teams to support the roll out, adoption and ongoing BAU support of updates to the Adult Inpatient S1 unit • Provide regular updates to the Crisis, Flow & Inpatient programme board Project Manager - Continue to provide programme management and delivery of work for identified Crisis, Flow & IP Projects
