Essex County Council is seeking to optimise its functions in order to deliver new housing and economic growth for the benefit of the area or persons resident or present in its area and has created a housing company, Essex Housing Development LLP (EHDLLP) to carry out these functions on its behalf. The Works consist of the design and construction of 35 Nr. dwellings, at the former Purford Green Junior School, Harlow, Essex together with associated external works (including public open space, planting, landscaping and fencing) services, drainage, private roads, electrical substation and adoptable roads and sewers.
