Surrey and Sussex Police have three datacentres. In one of these data centres is installed a Niksun 3860 Series NetDetectorlive appliance. To increase network visibility and functionality Surrey and Sussex Police are looking to expand the current technical capability with the purchase of a third Niksun device. Surrey and Sussex Police IT staff have experience of managing the Niksun device and using Niksun software.
