Bristol City Council, wish to set up a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Catering Supplies.
The Supplier will be an established supplier of general groceries, with the capacity, resources and experience to provide the requirements. All grocery products supplied shall be fit for purpose with no defects and meet all current UK and EU legislation or equivalent. The Supplier at the Supplier’s expense shall replace any inferior or substandard product.
As a minimum the Frozen Foods supplier must be a member of the BRC and preferably EFSIS approved or equivalent professional bodies. All items supplied shall be good quality with no defects and meet all current UK and EU legislation. Any inferior or substandard produce shall be replaced by the Supplier at the Supplier’s expense.
