Marketing Media Agency RFP Invitation to Pitch - Mini Competition - AWARD

Description

In order to achieve our targets, the marketing teams for New Homes, Rental and Resale products will require robust Media Buying strategies and implementation plans to ensure they achieve their lead generation targets and support the departmental business targets. L&Q are looking for one media buying agency to work across all areas of the business for a 12 month contract, delivering the best rates and best strategies to help us target all our audiences and generate quality leads, that will convert to sales/lets for our teams. In order to agree the best agency to support us over the next 12 months we will be running a mini tender for this work and will be awarding a 12 month contract for all media buying. Going forwards we will run a new tender on a yearly basis to ensure we have the best support for the changing business needs. The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements of the mini tender and for us as a business to understand how 'you' the media buying agency can support in achieving our business goals.
