Provision of an audit report into income generation opportunities from small, large and other format out of home media, and sponsorship

Description

The City of York is seeking an independent, professional, specialist consultancy to provide advice on, and an audit review of, existing and potential income generation opportunities from small, large and other format out of home media, as well as sponsorship and other such commercial opportunities. This is to be compiled into a report for the council on maximising the generation of income from these opportunities.
