Corporate and Special Event Catering at NMRN Portsmouth & Gosport Sites

Then National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) have recently transitioned to a dry hire venue hire model for corporate and special events spaces with the aspiration of cementing ourselves within the Portsmouth and Hampshire venue market. We aim to ensure a reputation of delivering high quality, enjoyable events, encouraging repeat bookings and in doing so attract a wide spectrum of clients. This will bring financial sustainability for NMRN as an organisation as all profits from venue hire support the organisations charitable objectives. This tender is for the catering services and additional services as outlined in the specification to be delivered as part of the NMRN venue hire offer at Portsmouth and Gosport. The ITT documentation is split into two sections Annex A-B-C - Key Dates for the Tender - Site Visits - Clarifications & Response Process - Evaluation Criteria Annex D-E-F - This section is for response by suppliers, it must be completed in full where applicable and returned as part of tender process.
