Behavioural Insights Study - Family Hubs

Description

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking to secure the expertise of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a behavioural insights project. The successful applicant (bidder) will have experience and skills in delivering behavioural insights work and preferably within a Local Authority setting. The programme challenge will be to deliver low-cost interventions with a view to changing or sustaining a behaviour within communities. The challenge will focus on increasing access to the emerging Family Hubs in order that families are able to access support for their families at the earliest opportunity.
