Description

Bespoke training to be provided by The Story Mill. Each individual workshop can accommodate up to 9 colleagues. Increasing personal confidence allowing consultants and relationship managers to develop current commercial and data skills Increasing personal skills, knowledge and capability to lead both internal and external stakeholders through performance improvement, offering and lending support, ensuring liaison arrangements are in place and promote quality/compliance within the processes and data use and sharing. Being involved with external organisations gives the opportunity to build relations with those who are using digital methods different to our own allowing the consultants to develop in the digital area and utilise a variety of means in sharing and delivering information.
