Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) has patients with a diverse range of mental health problems from dementia, to young adults with acute psychological conditions. These patients stay as in-patients on 30 Wards in several locations in Norfolk and Suffolk. Their time of stay will range from just a few days to over eighteen months and in some cases, they become permanent residents. In addition to the main food offering, the Trust currently supplies an out-of-hours cold food offering to 22 inpatient settings 24/7. The tender requested the provision of Catering (Sandwich/Salad and other chilled foods) Services across NSFT patient sites.
