Employee Benefits Platform

Description

We are seeking a suitable supplier to provide a Benefits Platform solution which can accommodate hosting a variety of employee benefits. Our current platform uses two different solutions for our benefits Flexible benefits, such as pensions and private medical insurance, and Employee discounts and recognition awards. We require a suitable platform that hosts a single solution as a one stop shop to provide our employees with a streamlined service which is easy to navigate and reduces administrative workload. The platform is required to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and will be accessed via Orbits intranet site. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. This tender opportunity is being run on the ProContract Housing Procurement Portal.
