There are no guaranteed levels of referrals per provider. Providers are expected to work in partnership with the County Council to deliver early intervention services to the corporate workforce of 4300 employees and for other customers supported by the Council's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service. Providers appointed to the framework will assist us to support employees suffering from mental ill health and help prevent and reduce the impact that ill health of this nature has on individuals, their families and organisational productivity. The Council is looking to appoint 25 providers to each lot, who successfully pass all selection and award criteria.
