This Notice adheres to the requirements of The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and should be read as standard form F05 'Contract Notice Utilities'. Scape Procure Ltd (SCAPE) wishes to establish a framework agreement for eight (8) year duration. The initial period will run for four (4) years with an option to extend by two (2) two (2) year periods which will run concurrently. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for civil engineering, construction and infrastructure works and services as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice.
The works will comprise all types of construction, civil engineering, infrastructure works, and all associated services. The framework may also include design and other services as required to develop and realise the works. The specific works and services that may be procured under the Framework cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of works required may include those works and services identified by Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes on or in connection with any land or property and related asset owned, rented, leased or developed by any of the utilities eligible to use the Framework, or on property or related assets in which any of the utilities may have an interest at the time or prospectively and may include construction, civil engineering and infrastructure projects in the following sectors amongst others: Gas and Heat, Electricity, Water, Nuclear, Ports, Airports, and Transport services (including Railway, Automated systems, Tramway, Trolley bus, Bus, or Cable). Lot one value is 1,500,000,000 GBP over eight years or 187,500,000 GBP per annum. Projects called off from the framework will be valued from 0 GBP to 250 000 000 GBP plus. Bidders must be able to demonstrate an annual turnover in excess of 250 000 000 GBP. Additional information: SCAPE are using the Delta portal to facilitate this procurement.
