The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) would like to inform interested suppliers by issue of this PIN/RFI - MET POLICE_COUPA EVENT #1198_Prior Information Notice (PIN) & Request for Information (RFI) for Supply of a Vehicle Mover Solution for the Metropolitan Police Service. The purpose of this PIN is to conduct initial market engagement in relation to a potential procurement of a vehicle Mover solution for the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). The MPS, at any time through this process and within its sole discretion may enter into discussions with respondents through this PIN. Feedback from respondents will assist the MPS in understanding the current supply market considerations around (but not limited to) fleet compatibility, data access, data analysis and data security. Information provided through this PIN will be used to inform the MPS in its continued development of delivery and procurement strategies for any future contracts in relation to vehicle movers. Please note, the publication of this PIN and the engagement conducted within will not form part of any supplier selection process, evaluations or scoring. However the MPS will reserve the right to review any information submitted by a potential Supplier (via this PIN) who then participates in a live tender opportunity, should there be any doubt by review of the MPS of any serious misrepresentation. The MPS/Authority reserve the right to make changes to this advertisement without notice and without reason at any time. The MPS/Authority reserve the right to close the PIN/RFI event earlier than the stated deadline on Coupa without notice and without reason at any time.
