Grass Verge Cutting Contract

Telscombe Town Council is inviting fixed price tenders for grass verge cutting in Telscombe Cliffs and East Saltdean. We are seeking prices for 4 options as follows:- 4 cuts and collect; 4 cuts & no collection; 6 cuts and collect; 6 cuts no collection. The details can be found on our website:- https://www.telscombetowncouncil.gov.uk/grass-verge-cutting-tender-2/ Following consideration of the tenders at a Council meeting in November, the Town Council will make a decision as to which option to proceed with. The successful contractor will be notified by 31st December 2024 and will be responsible for carrying out the works in the specification document forming part of the invitation to tender. The cutting is to take place between 1st of April and 31st October annually. Telscombe Town Council reserves the right to remove any area from the schedule at any time. Areas may be added to the schedule by negotiation.
