Call-Off from Home First Services Framework Agreement (project reference DN572837). The aim of the Carers Respite at Home Support Service is to enable unpaid carers of individuals needing care and support to get a break from their caring role. By providing carers with the opportunity to take a break when they need it most the service will improve carer mental and physical health and wellbeing and prevent a breakdown of the caring role. The carer will be offered up to 12 hours of support over an 8 week period to meet their needs. The delivery of the hours will be agreed directly between the Provider and the carer with flexible support flexibility offered in how those support hours are provided.
