Due to the delays in the procurement of the new solution, the new solution will not be installed until after the current contract expires. It is expected even when the procurement has been completed, the delivery of the new solution will take months. We are requiring an extension of the existing contract for 2 years, but on a 1+1 year terms and 3 months notice period.
