Salford City Council is inviting suitably qualified companies to tender to deliver a quality combined employability support and employer brokerage service. The service will provide targeted information, advice and guidance for Salford residents to progress and connect to quality employment and training opportunities. Engage with businesses to support and develop skills and employment opportunities, to recruit Salford residents by encouraging new and innovative recruitment practices, where residents with barriers to employment are considered for vacancies. The current services are delivered for adults with complex needs (Salford Health Works) and an employer brokerage and support service (Salford Employ) under two separate contracts, and the Council now wishes to integrate and extend the range and scope of support available in line with emerging priorities into one contract for delivery in Salford.
