Install new play equipment and surfacing, and remove play equipment

Description

The Council is inviting bids to cover the following works: a) Removal of three pieces of equipment and dispose off site. b) Supply and fit replacement surfacing under current equipment as stated. c) Supply and install new equipment and surfacing from Proludic The bid is to include a separate item and budget price for any prelimeries, security fencing etc. The plan/quote will be on a fixed price basis and itemised between equipment supply and installation, surfacing removal, new supply and installation, and equipment removal. The submission is to include: - • Itemised quote, pricing schedule, payment phasing • Programme of work Please note all costs, expenses and liabilities incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of any quotation shall be borne by the bidders. How to submit Any questions on this tender should be addressed to manager@aldenham-pc.gov.uk by 4.30pm on 17 July 2023 and will be responded within 3 working days. An electronic copy of the tender should be emailed to manager@aldenham-pc.gov.uk by the deadline of noon on 24 July 2023. Any responses after this time will not be considered.
