Scope of the Contract Please find below details for the provision of drainage services: Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is looking to Contract to a sole supplier to provide general and emergency drainage support. Data provided below is taken from the financial year 2023/2024 and due to the nature of the requirement the contract may fluctuate. • Southport District General Hospital - Annual call outs 81 From 01/04/2024 - 23/12/2024 • Ormskirk District General Hospital - Annual call outs 14 From 01/04/2024 - 23/12/2024 • • NHS Wheelchair Services - Annual call outs Figure not available but will low ,call our requirements In addition to the reactive call outs the Trust also requires; • Contract to carry out 2 x six monthly inspections and cleans of the main drainage line from the restaurant to the sewage ejector plant room at Southport and Formby District General Hospital • To carry out 2 x six monthly cleaning of 3 off grease traps within the restaurant at • 2 x Pumping out & removal of all debris est of the laundry drainage sump. • 2 x Pumping out & removal of all silt of the culvert drain catchment areas. • 2 x six monthly inspections and cleans of the main drainage line from the X-Ray Department to the Sewage ejector plant room at Southport and Formby District General Hospital . • 2 x six monthly inspections and cleans of the main drainage line from the Accident and Emergency Department to the Sewage ejector plant room at Southport and District General Hospital Suppliers are invited to attend site visits during the period from to familiarise themselves with Trust locations. Please note all appointments must be made through the e-tendering portal. The Authority will be using the EU Supply e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal").
