Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) are seeking information from suppliers in advance of the retender of our Mechanical, Electrical & Building Fabric Maintenance Services Framework for use predominantly by the Education Sector, but accessible also by Wider Public Sector organisations across the UK. The current agreement is due to expire on 29/02/2024, and CPC are looking to have the next iteration in place to start on 01/03/2024. The current framework is split into regional lots and covers the following: - • Planned Preventative Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water, and ventilation. • Responsive Maintenance for all electrical, heating, air conditioning, water, and ventilation. The future lot structure and scope may vary from this in line with what is appropriate for the market.
