Ordnance Survey is split into- Consumer, Geospatial Data Services, Customer & Corporate Services. However, this contract and the subsequent sections relates to Consumer only. Today in Consumer, we are inspiring even more people to get outside more often (which aligns with our wider organizational purpose of showing the world how to get to a better place). We build content and tools to make it easier for everyone to have an active outdoor lifestyle - helping you live longer, stay younger, and enjoy life more. The GB walking guide market has continued to grow, and Ordnance Survey wants to strengthen its position within the GB walking guide market. This contract we are looking for the potential bidder to have links to authors, who can walk the routes and provide content for the guidebooks. The bidder will also carry out all the design work to meet our current design specification, supplying the final design file, to enable the guidebooks to be printed.
