Description

University of Nottingham are proposing to undertake works to existing corridor and common room areas (including Junior Common Rooms and Dining Rooms) and bedroom accommodation across Cripps Hall. The works subject of this tender package known as Package 1, involves the general refurbishment (new decoration to ceiling, walls and joinery, replacement of carpet/vinyl flooring where required) of existing corridor and common room areas (including Junior Common Rooms and Dining Rooms) and bedroom accommodation across Cripps Hall. In addition, there is also making good works and decoration works to ceilings and walling to bedrooms and corridor areas across Lincoln Hall, following fire alarm works. Further competition using 1523 JCT Minor Works Framework.
