Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) on behalf of the North East and Yorkshire (NEY) Net Zero Hub is seeking the services of a consultant to undertake a scoping study to explore a potentially novel use of spatial and temporal modelling tools for local area energy planning, net zero strategic planning and project identification and simulation.
