Awarded to Prescott Special Projects Ltd via TfGM Highways Framework Chorley Old Road is a major route to Bolton town centre. The works are located close to residential properties and businesses; care should be taken when planning TM to ensure disruption to access is minimised. An existing Zebra crossing will be replaced with a Puffin as part of the works. It will be necessary to ensure a controlled crossing facility of Chorley Old Road is maintained within the vicinity for the duration of the works.
