Ports of Jersey are looking to replace or repair the ageing foul pumping infrastructure at the Elizabeth Terminal. \r \r A recently commissioned condition survey of the foul pump station has highlighted the urgent need to carry out repair works to extend the life of the infrastructure by 6 or 7 years. \r Replacement of 2 x Rail mount wet well pumps. \r Replacement of all connective pipework within the chamber and as far as the non-return valves. \r Replacement of Guide rails and Lift chains. \r Service replacement if required of 2 x non-return valves. \r Inspect replace if required pipe section between non-return valves and rising main\r
